Apply for twisting aerospace, medical equipment, cellphone and ultra conductor(above seven pcs of bare copper wires, tinned wires, silver jacketed wires and enameled wires),double twisting for core wires.

1.High rotation speed, max up to 2600rpm, is the 1.6 times than normal (1600rpm);
2.Use PLC, hysteresis clutch take-up device imported from German, tension sensor ensure the stable tension and high quality stranding wire, especially for high quality tight line.
3.Use carbon fiber bow, strong rigidity, uneasy-transformation, small shock, light weight, reduce air friction for high quality of conductors;
4.Use synchronous belt drive, just to replace the guide wheel to change the lay distance, easy to operate.
5.Use spindle to calculate meters, only 0.01% error for a certain wire&cable.
6.Use PLC automatically lubricate spindle bearing, avoid injecting too much or too little grease. Get rid of unnormal noise and worn, cost down for maintenance.
